By accessing this website or working with Celebration Design Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These guidelines are designed to protect both you and the studio, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and thoughtful experience.

Custom Design Process

All designs are created with intention and tailored to your event.
You will receive digital proofs for review before anything is printed or produced.
Your final approval is required before production begins.
Once approved, Celebration Design Studio is not responsible for errors, misspellings, or incorrect information provided by the client.

Payment & Deposits

A non‑refundable deposit may be required to begin custom work.
Full payment is due before production, delivery, or release of final files.
Accepted payment methods will be outlined during the ordering process.

Refunds & Cancellations

 Due to the fact that each project is custom‑made, refunds are not offered once design work has been approved and production has begun or materials have been ordered.
If you need to cancel your project, please contact me as soon as possible.
Any cancellation fees or material costs already incurred will still apply.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, layouts, and written content created by Celebration Design Studio remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may not reproduce, edit, resell, or distribute any designs without written permission.
Celebration Design Studio may use completed designs for portfolio, website, or social media display unless you request otherwise.

Turnaround Times

Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of your project.
Delays caused by late approvals, incomplete information, or external factors may affect delivery dates.
I will always communicate clearly if adjustments are needed.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event details

  • Reviewing proofs carefully

  • Approving final designs

  • Ensuring all information is correct before production

Any errors discovered after final approval are the responsibility of the client

Shipping & Delivery

If physical products are shipped, Celebration Design Studio is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or damaged packages

  • Weather‑related issues

  • Delivery errors outside of my control

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Limitation of Liability

Celebration Design Studio is not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from third‑party vendors

  • Printing or production delays caused by suppliers

  • Losses due to incorrect information provided by the client

  • Events outside of reasonable control

Liability is limited to the cost of the services purchased.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.
